Hello, I received my order ORD-78432 today but the Brass Pooja Thali Set (7 Piece) is missing from the package. The order confirmation shows 3 items but I only received 2 - the Kashmiri Saffron and the Banarasi Silk Dupatta.
The packaging did not appear to be tampered with. Could you please look into this and arrange for the missing item to be delivered?

Thank you for reaching out to us. I apologise for the inconvenience caused by the missing item in your order. I have checked our warehouse records and it appears the Brass Pooja Thali Set was packed in a separate shipment due to its size.
I can see that the second package (AWB: DELHVRY-89234521) is currently in transit and expected to be delivered by 31 January 2026.
Could you please confirm if you have received any notification about a second delivery? If the item does not arrive by 31 January, please reply to this ticket and I will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund for the missing item.

Thank you Priya. I did not receive any notification about a second delivery. Let me check the tracking number you mentioned (DELHVRY-89234521). I will wait until 31 Jan and update you. If it does not arrive, I would prefer a refund to my original payment method.
