5 questionsPlacing an order on IndianShopping is straightforward. Follow these steps:
- Browse or search for the products you want from our catalog of groceries, spices, fashion, home decor, and more.
- Click "Add to Cart" on any product you wish to purchase. You can adjust quantities in the cart.
- Once your cart has everything you need, click "Proceed to Checkout" from the cart page.
- Enter or confirm your delivery address. We deliver to 150+ cities across India.
- Choose your preferred payment method (UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, wallets, or Cash on Delivery).
- Review your order summary and click "Place Order" to confirm.
You will receive an order confirmation via email and SMS with your order number and estimated delivery date.
You can track your order in multiple ways:
- My Orders page: Log in to your account and go to "My Orders" to see real-time status updates for all your orders.
- Email/SMS notifications: We send automatic updates when your order is confirmed, packed, shipped, out for delivery, and delivered.
- Order tracking link: Every shipping confirmation email contains a direct tracking link that shows your package's location on a map.
- WhatsApp updates: Opt in to WhatsApp notifications for instant delivery updates on your phone.
For express 30-minute delivery orders, you can track the delivery partner in real-time on the app with live GPS tracking.
Yes, you can cancel your order, subject to these conditions:
- Before dispatch: Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before the vendor has dispatched the item. Go to My Orders, select the order, and click "Cancel Order."
- After dispatch but before delivery: You may request cancellation, but a shipping fee of ₹49 may apply as the package is already in transit.
- Fresh produce and perishables: Orders containing perishable items (fruits, vegetables, dairy) can only be cancelled within 30 minutes of placing the order.
- Custom or personalized items: These cannot be cancelled once the vendor has begun preparation.
Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method.
Order modifications depend on the current status:
- Address change: You can update the delivery address before the order is dispatched by going to My Orders and selecting "Edit Address."
- Add/remove items: Items cannot be added or removed once the order is confirmed. However, you can cancel and reorder with your desired changes.
- Quantity changes: Not supported after order confirmation. Please cancel and reorder if needed.
- Delivery slot change: You may change the delivery time slot before dispatch through the order details page.
For any modification requests that cannot be handled online, please contact our customer support team at 1800-123-4567 (toll-free).
The minimum order value varies by delivery type:
- Standard delivery: No minimum order value. However, orders below ₹299 incur a delivery charge of ₹39.
- Express 30-minute delivery: Minimum order of ₹149. Delivery fee of ₹29 applies for orders below ₹499.
- Free delivery: All orders above ₹499 qualify for free standard delivery. Members with IndianShopping Premier get free delivery on all orders regardless of value.

Payments

- Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, American Express, and Diners Club. We support EMI options on select cards for orders above ₹3,000.
- Net Banking: Available for all major Indian banks including SBI, HDFC, ICICI, Axis, Kotak, and 50+ others.
- Digital Wallets: Paytm Wallet, Amazon Pay, Mobikwik, Freecharge, and IndianShopping Wallet.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for orders up to ₹25,000. A COD handling fee of ₹19 applies.
- Buy Now, Pay Later: Available through Simpl, LazyPay, and ZestMoney for eligible customers.
All online payments are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption and are PCI-DSS compliant.
If your payment was debited but the order was not confirmed, the amount will be automatically refunded:
- UPI payments: Refunded within 30 minutes to 2 hours.
- Credit/Debit cards: Refunded within 5-7 business days to the same card.
- Net banking: Refunded within 3-5 business days to the bank account.
- Wallets: Refunded within 24 hours to the wallet balance.
If you do not receive the refund within the stated timeframe, please contact our support team with the transaction reference number. You can find this in your bank statement or payment app history.
Yes, we offer flexible EMI options for orders above ₹3,000:
- No-cost EMI: Available on select products with tenures of 3, 6, or 9 months. The interest is borne by the seller.
- Standard EMI: Available on credit cards from HDFC, ICICI, SBI, Axis, Kotak, and more with tenures from 3 to 24 months.
- Bajaj Finserv EMI: For Bajaj Finserv card holders with flexible tenure options.
- Cardless EMI: Available through ZestMoney and other BNPL partners without a credit card.
EMI availability and interest rates are displayed at checkout based on your selected payment method and order value.
To apply a coupon or promo code during checkout:
- Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
- On the payment page, look for the "Apply Coupon" or "Have a promo code?" field.
- Enter your code and click "Apply." The discount will be reflected in your order total immediately.
- If the coupon is valid, you will see a green confirmation message with the discount amount.
Note: Only one coupon code can be applied per order. Coupons cannot be combined with other offers unless specifically stated. Check the coupon terms for minimum order value requirements, applicable categories, and expiry dates.

- Express delivery (30 minutes): Available in select metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata) for grocery and daily essentials ordered from local franchise stores.
- Same-day delivery: Orders placed before 2 PM are delivered by 9 PM the same day. Available in 50+ cities.
- Next-day delivery: Standard option for most products in 150+ serviceable cities.
- Standard delivery (2-5 days): For remote locations and heavy/oversized items.
- Scheduled delivery: Choose a specific date and time slot that suits you.
Estimated delivery dates are displayed on the product page and at checkout based on your pincode.

- We currently deliver to 150+ cities across India including all metros, tier-2, and select tier-3 cities.
- Our franchise network is expanding rapidly, and new areas are added every week.
If delivery is not yet available in your area, you can register for a notification and we will alert you when service begins in your pincode.
Yes, IndianShopping offers flexible delivery scheduling:
- Morning slot: 7 AM - 10 AM (ideal for fresh produce and breakfast items)
- Afternoon slot: 12 PM - 3 PM
- Evening slot: 5 PM - 8 PM (most popular slot)
- Night slot: 8 PM - 10 PM (available in metro cities only)
Scheduled delivery slots are available when you select "Scheduled Delivery" at checkout. Slot availability depends on your location and current demand. During festivals and peak seasons, some slots may fill up quickly, so we recommend booking early.
If you are not available during delivery, our delivery partner will:
- Attempt to call you on your registered phone number.
- If unreachable, they will leave a missed delivery notification via SMS.
- A second delivery attempt will be made the next business day at no additional charge.
- If the second attempt also fails, the package will be held at the nearest franchise hub for self-pickup within 5 days.
To avoid missed deliveries, you can add delivery instructions (e.g., "Leave with security guard" or "Leave at doorstep") in your address details. You can also add an alternate contact number for the delivery partner to reach.
Returns & Refunds
4 questionsIndianShopping offers a hassle-free return policy:
- General products: 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact.
- Fashion & apparel: 15-day return window. Items can be tried on but must not be worn, washed, or altered.
- Electronics: 10-day return window. Must include all accessories, warranty cards, and original packaging.
- Groceries & perishables: Report quality issues within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
- Non-returnable items: Innerwear, swimwear, customized products, and opened personal care items cannot be returned.
To initiate a return, go to My Orders, select the order, and click "Return/Replace."
Refunds are processed once we receive and verify the returned item:
- Quality check: 1-2 business days after the item reaches our warehouse.
- UPI/Wallet refunds: 1-3 business days after approval.
- Credit/Debit card refunds: 5-7 business days after approval.
- Net banking refunds: 5-10 business days after approval.
- IndianShopping Wallet: Instant credit upon return approval (fastest option).
For COD orders, refunds are credited to your IndianShopping Wallet or bank account (if provided). You can track your refund status in the "My Returns" section of your account.
Yes, replacement is available for many products:
- When initiating a return, select "Replace" instead of "Refund" on the return request form.
- Replacements are available for the same product and variant only. For a different size or color, you would need to return and place a new order.
- For defective or damaged items, we prioritize replacement and schedule a pickup along with the new delivery.
- Replacement deliveries are typically completed within 3-5 business days of pickup.
If the product is out of stock for replacement, you will be offered a full refund instead.
IndianShopping makes returns easy with free doorstep pickup:
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive a pickup date and time slot via email and SMS.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Attach the return shipping label (sent via email or available in My Orders).
- Our logistics partner will collect the item from your doorstep on the scheduled date.
- You will receive a pickup confirmation with a tracking number to monitor the return shipment.
Alternatively, you can drop off the return at your nearest IndianShopping franchise store during business hours (10 AM - 8 PM) for instant processing. This often speeds up the refund by 1-2 days.
Account
3 questionsCreating an IndianShopping account takes less than a minute:
- Click "Sign Up" on the top-right corner of any page or visit the registration page.
- Enter your mobile number. We will send a 6-digit OTP for verification.
- Enter the OTP to verify your number.
- Fill in your name and email address (optional but recommended for order updates).
- Set a password for your account.
You can also sign up using your Google, Facebook, or Apple account for a quicker registration process. Your account gives you access to order tracking, wishlists, saved addresses, wallet features, and personalized recommendations.
To reset your password:
- Go to the login page and click "Forgot Password?"
- Enter your registered mobile number or email address.
- We will send an OTP to your registered mobile number and a reset link to your email.
- Enter the OTP or click the email link to set a new password.
- Choose a strong password (minimum 8 characters with at least one uppercase, one number, and one special character).
For security, the password reset link expires after 30 minutes. If you do not receive the OTP, ensure your mobile number is correct and try again after 60 seconds. You can also contact support for manual verification.
You can request account deletion through the following steps:
- Log in to your account and go to Settings > Privacy > Delete Account.
- Review the information about what will happen when your account is deleted (order history, wallet balance, saved addresses will be permanently removed).
- Enter your password and the OTP sent to your registered mobile to confirm.
- Your account will be scheduled for deletion with a 30-day grace period during which you can reverse the request by logging back in.
Please ensure you have no pending orders, active returns, or wallet balance before requesting deletion. Any remaining wallet balance must be withdrawn or used before deletion. For data privacy requests, you can also email privacy@indianshopping.com.

- Visit our Seller Registration page at indianshopping.com/sell and click "Start Selling."
- Provide your business details: GST number, PAN, bank account details, and business address.
- Complete KYC verification by uploading required documents (Aadhaar, PAN card, GST certificate, cancelled cheque).
- Set up your vendor profile with business name, logo, and description.
- List your products with images, descriptions, pricing, and inventory details.
- Our team reviews your application within 2-3 business days. Once approved, your products go live.
IndianShopping currently hosts 2,000+ verified vendors across categories including groceries, spices, fashion, home decor, electronics, and wellness products.
IndianShopping charges competitive commission rates based on product category:
