Where can I track my order?
Open My Orders or use the tracking link in your shipment notification. If the tracking link has not moved for more than one business day, contact support with the order ID.
What is the return window?
Eligible unopened, unused non-perishable items may be requested for return within 7 days of delivery. Damaged, wrong, missing, expired, or perishable quality issues must be reported within 24 hours.
How long does a refund take?
Refund timing starts after approval and inspection. Wallet or store credit may post sooner; UPI usually takes 1-3 business days; cards and net banking may take 5-10 business days.
How do I reach a person?
Use the contact page or the AI support urgent escalation option. The AI support page includes a human fallback placeholder while operations confirms the verified live queue.
