Returns and Refunds
Eligible unopened, unused non-perishable items may be requested for return within 7 days of delivery. Damaged, wrong, missing, expired, or perishable quality issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos when possible.
1. Submit the Request
Open My Orders, choose the delivered order, select eligible items, and describe the issue clearly.
2. Wait for Approval
Support confirms eligibility and provides pickup, drop-off, or evidence-review instructions.
3. Refund Posts
UPI usually posts in 1-3 business days after approval; cards and net banking may take 5-10 business days.

Include your order ID, return ID, payment method, and any bank or wallet reference when contacting support.
